Tommy Henderson, bass player, band leader at many north east night clubs from the '60s onwards has sent me more photos of his bands plus a one of Willie Payne.

Thanks for your comment on The Greys Club Band pic - as you probably remember I had hundreds of musicians visit Julies Club while I was manager from 1974 - 1990. It was a great place in those days...were you there the night 'Dire Straits' did a free 3 hour show for the customers? or when the whole Count Basie band turned up - knockout nights !
Did you know my old mate and drummer Ron Studholme well? as you say he was quite a character.
