These gigs are part of The Balboa Gathering 2013, an International Swing Dance Festival right here in the North East! There are world class teachers and dancers gathering from around the UK and as far away as Hawaii and Russia, united by Balboa, a partnered dance style that developed in the 1930s on the US west coast.
